Ann Sereditch Coccetti, 96, a longtime resident of Eynon, died on Friday November 18, 2016 at the Mid-Valley Health Care Center. She was the wife of Daniel Coccetti who died in 1972.
Born in Olyphant, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Pearl Rutsky Sereditch and was a graduate of Olyphant High School. Prior to her retirement, she was a floor lady in the local garment industry having worked in dress factories in Dickson City and Archbald.
She was a member of Christ the King Parish, former member of Our Lady of Vilna Church in Eynon, and was a member of the Confraternity of Christian Mothers in the parish.
Ann loved her family very much and enjoyed bowling as well as being an avid reader.
Her family wishes to thank the entire staff at the Mid-Valley Health Care Center for their compassion and special care.
Surviving are nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews who affectionately called her “Chochi.”
She was preceded in death by her sister Julie O’Connor and brothers George and Metro Sereditch.
A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 9:30 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, Main St. Eynon. Interment St. Francis Cemetery, Eynon. Friends and family may pay their respects Monday from 8:30 a.m. until service time in the church. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Christ the Kind Parish, 429 Church St. Archbald, PA 18403.
