Obituary for Baldo Louis Marchegiani

Baldo Marchegiani of Olyphant died Thursday February 1, 2018 at Abington Manor.
Born in Jessup he was the son of the late Joseph and Mary Reyda Marchegiani. Educated in Jessup schools, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Mount St. Mary’s University in Maryland. Prior to retirement he was a self-employed carpenter.
Surviving are sisters Mary Caljean, Mayfield, Bernice Sheerin and husband Tim, Lincoln University, and Eileen Carra and husband Joe, Dunmore; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by brothers Nello, Leno, Joseph, and Eugene; sisters Helen Napolitano, Lena Mitchell, Tina Combs, and Lucille Short.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 9:30 AM in Holy Cross Parish at St. Patrick’s Church, 200 Delaware St., Olyphant. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Montdale. There will be no public calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Holy Cross Parish 200 Delaware St., Olyphant, PA 18447.
