Eleanor M. Kulick of Jefferson Township, formerly of Dickson City died Saturday January 13, 2018 at home surrounded by her family. She was the widow of Joseph Kulick who died in 1998.
Born in Jessup, she was the daughter of the late Pasquale and Rose Baldoni Casagrande. A graduate of Jessup High School, prior to her retirement she was employed in the local garment industry.
Eleanor enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family whom she loved very much. Friday night card games and cake and coffee with her siblings were regular occurrences and highly anticipated. Many of her most memorable moments came about at family holiday gatherings where laughter and ethnic culinary talents were abundant. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother whose grandchildren brought immeasurable joy to her life. A kind, thoughtful and resilient person, she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Eleanor’s family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the nurses and staff at VNA Hospice for all of their loving and compassionate care. Annie, Karen, Nancy and countless others brought not only advice and comfort but also smiles to our faces during a difficult time.
