Dina Baldelli Paciotti Nardelli, 100, a former resident of Jessup died Wednesday January 20, 2021 at the Mid Valley Personal Care Center – Saber Health.
Born in Gubbio, Italy she was the daughter of the late Julio and Santino Ruggeri Baldelli. She was the oldest of five children who preceded her in death; Irene Grzebin, Vincent Baldelli, Sam, Baldelli and Mary Zabady. She came to the United States when she was 4 years old with her parents.
She was preceded in death by two husbands, Frank Paciotti and Primo Nardelli.
She was a graduate of Jessup High School. In her early years she was a hairdresser. Later in life she worked in the garment industry in the Mid Valley area.
Dina’s doors were always open and welcome to family and friends. She wore many hats; wife, mother, aunt, and friend to many. She loved to bake and was famous for her Italian Chomboloto cake. Whenever you would go to Dina’s there was always a piece of cake waiting for you.
Her biggest accomplishment in life was her beautiful daughter Alita whom she loved and was so proud of. Her Italian heritage and her “famiglia” meant the world to her.
She lived a long full life and will be missed by all.
She is survived by her daughter Alita Paciotti Mahalidge and her life partner Chuck Morris; nieces, nephews, and grandnieces.
Her family wishes to thank Mid Valley Manor and Compassionate Care Hospice for their care during her final days.
